Benny Lee Cahoe was born on September 25, 1955, in Watseka, IL, to Benhardt Cahoe and Patsy Sapp. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his brother Tommy Cahoe and two grandchildren, Kayden Cahoe and Kyle Martin. Benny leaves behind a large and loving family, including his children Bobby Cahoe, Benhardt Cahoe, and Jeromy Martin, along with numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild. His siblings, Bill, Fred, Jerry, and Chuck Cahoe, along with Betty Kessinger, Patricia Fatakdawala, Kathy Neal, and Debra Cahoe, also mourn his loss.

Benny dedicated thirty-eight years and four months of his life to serving the City of Watseka, where he worked tirelessly for the Public Works Department. A Final Farewell
Funeral services for Benny Lee Cahoe will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka, where Pastor Joe Hughes will officiate. Following the service, Benny will be laid to rest at G.A.R. Cemetery in Watseka. Visitation hours will be held from 12:00-2:00 pm on the same day at Baier Funeral Home.
